As the new co-development partner of Boulder Creek Commons, MacKenzie House is excited to be working with the city of Boulder to provide much needed affordable senior housing alternatives amid a new neighborhood of quality-built, single-family homes.  Since becoming involved in Boulder Creek Commons in mid-2007, we have been working with the original development team, reviewing, revising and improving the plans for the development.  In cooperation with the City of Boulder we have been updating existing technical studies and conducting new ones.  We have been in dialogue with both the City and the neighbors, listening to input and addressing concerns.

As Boulder Creek Commons moves through the review and approval processes, we are committed to continuing the dialogues and strengthening these relationships.  Ultimately, we believe Boulder Creek Commons will be a development that our entire community can be proud of.
