Recently, BCC partnered with MacKenzie House, with offices in Denver and Boulder, to complete the development of the community. MacKenzie House is a full-service development company with over fifty employees, and focuses on four distinct product types: senior housing, neighborhood development, rental apartments and for-sale housing.
Boulder Creek Commons, LLC is a partnership of five local developers with extensive experience in creating quality, successful projects in the Boulder area. The partnership was formed in 2002 for the purpose of developing this project.
In addition, the developers are working with Hendricks Communities LLC, a Colorado-based organization, to develop the affordable senior housing component of Boulder Creek Commons. Hendricks Communities has been developing rental housing for families and seniors in Colorado for over 13 years and specializes in the development of high quality, affordable housing for seniors.
The land planners and architects for the project are Downing, Thorpe & James, located in Boulder. RRC Associates, also located in Boulder, provide planning assistance and consultancy.
